Standard prepress generally takes one to five business days, depending on project complexity and current workload. The process reviews submitted artwork, matches or provides structural dielines, checks file compatibility, and prepares a flat proof for approval before production. Multiple print versions, extensive revisions, or non-standard file adjustments may extend the timeline beyond the standard preparation period.

Standard prepress preparation is included at no charge. It covers the essential work required to prepare customer artwork for printing, including common file checks, dieline alignment, and proof preparation. If a file needs adjustments outside standard preparation, GIVR charges a flat rate of $350 per file. Full graphic design services are also available under a separate project scope.
