Retail ready packaging, often called RRP, is outer packaging designed to move products efficiently from distribution to the retail shelf. It protects items during shipping, enables quick opening and stocking, and can convert into a tray or display that showcases the product. Effective RRP considers case strength, opening features, product visibility, shelf dimensions, branding, and recyclability together.
